SHELL OIL COMPANY FOUNDATION
SHELL OIL COMPANY FOUNDATION. The Shell Oil Company Foundation was established in Houston in 1953 to support the arts and culture, education, health and welfare, and civic and other charitable organizations. In 1992 the foundation reported assets of over $15 million and an income of over $11 million; 974 grants totaling $13,799,895 were made. F. H. Richardson served as president.
