LANGFORD MOUNTAIN

LANGFORD MOUNTAIN. Langford Mountain, also called Lang Mountain, is near the Leon River eight miles southeast of Gatesville in southeastern Coryell County (at 31°20' N, 97°40' W). It stands at an elevation of 880 feet above sea level, about eighty feet higher than the surrounding countryside.
