FLAT TOP HILL (STEPHENS COUNTY)
FLAT TOP HILL (Stephens County). Flat Top Hill is on the Shackelford county line in northwestern Stephens County (at 32°51' N, 99°06' W). The hill, at an elevation of 1,380 feet above sea level, rises fifty feet above the surrounding terrain, which consists of rolling hills surfaced by clay and sandy loam soils that support scrub brush, mesquite, cacti, and grasses.
