CHISPA MOUNTAIN. Chispa Mountain is two miles southeast of Lobo in southwestern Culberson County (at 30°48' N, 104°43' W). At an elevation of 5,200 feet above sea level, its summit rises 1,200 feet above U.S. Highway 90, two miles west.
