BEE MOUNTAIN (BOSQUE COUNTY)
BEE MOUNTAIN (Bosque County). Bee Mountain is in the Kimball Bend area of the Brazos River, fifteen miles northeast of Morgan in northeastern Bosque County (at 32°08' N, 97°30' W). It rises 850 feet above sea level in a portion of the Grand Prairies characterized by flat to rolling terraces and surfaced with clay and sandy loams. Juniper, oak, mesquite, and grasses grow in the area.
