TORDILLO CREEK. Tordillo Creek rises just south of Deweesville in far western Karnes County (at 28°54' N, 98°08' W) and runs southwest for ten miles to its mouth on Los Cortes Creek, ten miles northeast of Campbellton in eastern Atascosa County (at 28°51' N, 98°16' W). It traverses flat to rolling terrain surfaced by clay and sandy loams that support water-tolerant hardwoods and grasses.
