SCOOBER CREEK. Scoober Creek rises two miles southeast of Price in western Rusk County (at 32°07' N, 94°53' W) and flows southeast for nine miles to its mouth on the Angelina River, two miles east of McKnight (at 31°59' N, 94°52' W). It traverses flat to rolling terrain surfaced by sandy and clay loams that support water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and grasses.
