PAPERMILL CREEK. Papermill Creek rises just north of Herty in central Angelina County (at 31°22' N, 94°41' W) and runs northeast for seven miles to its mouth on the Angelina River, just east of River Crest Estates (at 31°27' N, 94°38' W).
