PEDAROSA CREEK. Pedarosa Creek rises in southern Hartley County (at 35°40' N, 102°42' W) and runs southeast for twelve miles to its mouth (at 35°31' N, 102°36' W) on the Canadian River in northern Oldham County. It was once part of the XIT Ranch Ojo Bravo division. The stream traverses flat to rolling terrain with local escarpments, surfaced by deep, fine sandy loams that support hardwoods, brush, and grasses.
