MILL CREEK (Cass County). Mill Creek rises six miles northwest of Linden in central Cass County (at 33°06' N, 94°26' W). Intermittent in its upper reaches, the stream flows in a southwesterly direction for 7½ miles to its mouth on Flat Creek, six miles west of Linden (at 33°01' N, 94°27' W). The soils are for the most part sandy, and the gently undulating to rolling area is heavily wooded, with pines and various hardwoods predominating.
