LITTLE GRAPE CREEK
LITTLE GRAPE CREEK. Little Grape Creek rises three miles southwest of Talpa in western Coleman County (at 31°45' N, 99°41' W) and runs south for eleven miles to its mouth on Grape Creek, four miles northwest of Leaday in the extreme southwestern corner of Coleman County (at 31°37' N, 99°43' W). It traverses an area of steep slopes and benches and of gently sloping beds of shallow clay loams that support juniper, live oak, mesquite, and grasses.
