LITTLE LAKE CREEK
LITTLE LAKE CREEK. Little Lake Creek rises in Sam Houston National Forest in northwestern Montgomery County (at 30°31' N, 95°45' W) and flows southeast nine miles to its mouth on Lake Conroe, near Farm Road 1097 (at 30°26' N, 95°40' W). The surrounding flat to rolling terrain is surfaced by clay and sandy loam that supports water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and grasses.
