HENSHAW CREEK. Henshaw Creek rises four miles south of Morgan Mill and nine miles northeast of Stephenville in northeast Erath County (at 32°20' N, 98°11' W) and runs north for three miles to its mouth on the North Paluxy River, two miles northeast of Morgan Mill (at 32°22' N, 98°11' W). It is flanked by steep slopes surfaced with shallow sandy soils that support juniper, scattered oak, and grasses.
