FLAT CREEK (CHEROKEE COUNTY)
FLAT CREEK (Cherokee County). Flat Creek rises just west of Bullard in extreme northern Cherokee County (at 32°09' N, 95°20' W) and runs southwest for nine miles to its mouth on the Neches River, in the northwestern corner of Cuney (at 32°03' N, 95°25' W). The stream is intermittent in its upper reaches. It crosses flat to gently rolling terrain surfaced by clayey and sandy loam that supports grasses and mixed hardwoods and pines.
