RINGLING, EASTLAND AND GULF RAILWAY. The Eastland, Wichita Falls and Gulf Railroad Company, chartered on December 12, 1918, was known for a brief time in 1919 and 1920 as the Ringland, Eastland and Gulf Railway Company. However, the RE&G was not incorporated and there was never an official change in the corporate name of the EWF&G.
