The Eugene C. Barker Texas History Collection, a research library containing more than 130,000 books, more than 3,500 individual collections of papers and official records, more than 35,000 clippings on Texas subjects, and approximately 3,100 Texas newspaper titles, is the leading source for published and unpublished materials dealing with Texas history.
