CADDO CREEK (Henderson County). Caddo Creek rises a mile northwest of Larue in southeastern Henderson County (at 32°08' N, 95°41' W) and runs southeast for eighteen miles to its mouth on the Neches River, a mile south of the U.S. Highway 178 bridge in Anderson County (at 32°01' N, 95°26' W). It crosses flat to rolling terrain surfaced by sandy and clay loams that support water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and grasses.
