History Awareness Workshops bring educators together to gain practical knowledge and insight into their teaching strategies as well as to share their experiences with other educators. Each workshop focuses on informative content and practical classroom applications.
History Awareness Workshops will be presented regionally by request for individual schools, school districts, regional service centers, or other educational entities within Texas with several offerings each year. Topics will focus on teaching Texas history, working with our existing programs such as Junior Historians and/or Texas History Day, and other requested topics.
