114th Annual Meeting

The three-day event gathers Texas History scholars and enthusiasts for 36 informational sessions, 5 banquets, a Silent Auction, a Live Auction, and the foremost publishers of Texas History and dealers in rare books.

All sponsors will be recognized in the Annual Meeting program, on the TSHA website, and in the Riding Line, the quarterly newsletter.

Presidential Banquet Sponsor $20,000
Held to honor the outgoing TSHA president, Friday evening's banquet features a hosted beer and wine bar with hors d' oeuvres, followed by a four-course dinner and a scholarly talk by the outgoing president.

Name the 2010 event for your organization and receive public recognition at the banquet, if you choose. Enjoy the banquet at your reserved table for ten, complimentary.

Presidential Reception Sponsor $10,000
Thursday evening's reception with a hosted beer and wine bar and hors d' oeuvres serves as the official welcome for the incoming TSHA president.

Name the 2010 event for your organization and receive public recognition at the reception, if you choose. The sponsor will receive complimentary admission for ten to the event.

Fellows Luncheon and Awards Presentation Sponsor $7,500
Friday'sĀ  LuncheonĀ  features the presentation of the 2010 TSHA Fellows and the annual awards and fellowships.

Name the 2010 event for your organization and receive public recognition at the luncheon, if you choose. Enjoy the luncheon at your reserved table for ten, complimentary.

Women in Texas History Luncheon Sponsor $7,500
Thursday's Luncheon will feature the presentation of the 2010 Liz Carpenter Award and a scholarly presentation on Women in Texas History.

Name the 2010 event for your organization and receive public recognition at the luncheon, if you choose. Enjoy the luncheon at your reserved table for ten, complimentary.

Book Lovers' and Texana Lovers' Breakfast Sponsor $5000
Friday's Breakfast will feature a scholarly presentation by a noted Texas author or collector of Texana.

Name the 2010 event for your organization and receive public recognition at the reception, if you choose. The sponsor will receive complimentary admission for ten to the event.

Graduate Student Mixer Sponsor $1000
Friday's mixer invites graduate students and TSHA Fellows to interact casually at a hosted event.

Name the 2010 event for your organization and receive public recognition at the reception, if you choose. The sponsor will receive complimentary admission for ten to the event.

Individual Session Sponsor $750
Each session sponsor will be recognized within the particular session description in the program and will receive complimentary meeting registration for two.

Platinum $5,000
The sponsor will receive meeting registration for two and will have a reserved table for ten at the event of the sponsor's choosing, complimentary.

Gold $2,500
The sponsor will receive meeting registration for two and will have a reserved table for ten at a luncheon of the sponsor's choosing, complimentary.

Silver $1000
The sponsor will receive complimentary meeting registration for two and may choose to have either ten admissions to the Presidential Reception or a reserved table for ten at the breakfast, complimentary.

Bronze $500
The sponsor will receive complimentary meeting registration for two and will have five admissions to the Presidential Reception or the breakfast, complimentary.
